The Jazz could be shorthanded again Monday night, when they return to Vivint Smart Home Arena after a successful 4-1 road trip and play the Memphis Grizzlies.

Rodney Hood missed the morning shootaround because of illness and is questionable, according to the team.

Three players who have been sidelined by injuries — George Hill Derrick Favors and and Boris Diaw — participated in the shootaround but are listed as questionable.

Hill has been out with a sprained right thumb. Favors has been bothered by soreness in his left knee. Diaw has been sidelined with the leg contusion.

For Jazz forward Gordon Hayward, the game will be his first at home this season.

He returned from a finger injury for the just-completed road trip and, in five games, averages 24.4 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 35 minutes. The only blemish on his comeback: 26.7 percent shooting from the three-point line.

Memphis is 4-5 so far this season, but the Grizzlies are 0-3 on the road including losses at New York (111-104), Minnesota (116-80) and Milwaukee (106-96) by an average margin of 17.6 points,

Veteran point guard Michael Conley leads Memphis is scoring. He averages 18.8 points and 6.3 assists.

The Jazz won two of three games against Memphis last season. Hayward averaged 16.7 points against the Grizzlies. Rudy Gobert averaged 10 points and 14.5 rebounds in two games.
