When last we saw "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" (Friday, 8 p.m., CW/Ch. 30, Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) had just admitted to Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) that she moved from New York to SoCal in hopes of rekindling her teen romance with him. Josh remains, understandably, taken aback.

And that's where Season 2 picks up, complete with more songs, more comedy and more angst. It's great!

• In local college football, a Utah victory at UCLA (2 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13) will keep the Utes in first place in the Pac-12 South. And if Utah wins and Colorado loses at Stanford (2 p.m., P12N), the Utes will be all alone atop the division standings.

The other local game is another late-night affair — Utah State hosts Fresno State (8:30 p.m., CBSSN).

• It's the end of the regular season for Real Salt Lake on Sunday in Seattle (2 p.m., ESPN — and, if RSL loses, it could be the end of the season, period.

A win or a tie and RSL is in the playoffs. A loss and RSL might be out — if Portland beats Vancouver and Kansas City beats San Jose.

• The World Series matchup will be set on Saturday … or maybe on Sunday. Chicago leads Los Angeles 3-2 in the NLCS, and the Cubs host the Dodgers on Saturday (6 p.m., FS1). If L.A. ties the series on Saturday, Game 7 is on Sunday (6 p.m., FS1)
