"Cheer Squad" is everything you ever wanted to know about competitive cheerleading — and more. Much more.

This 10-part reality show — which airs Monday-Friday at 11 p.m. On Freeform, both this week and next — follows the two-time defending world cheerleading champion Great White Sharks. Yes, they're fine athletes who have to work as a team to succeed.

But they're also teenage girls, so there's plenty of drama.

In Monday-Fridays premiere, the Sharks hold tryouts as veteran cheerleaders compete with newcomers for a spot on the team.

• "Bachelor in Paradise" (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): This week's "entertainment" (and I use that term extremely loosely here) includes a woman who can't stop crying over her broken relationship.

• "So You Think You Can Dance" (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13): The Top 6 dancers perform.

• "Rizzoli & Isles" (7 and 9 p.m., TNT): A mortician's body is found in a casket at his own funeral home, leading the team to a serial killer.

• "Cheer Squad" (8 and 11 p.m., Freeform): In the series premiere, cheerleaders work to earn their spots back on the team following the world championships.

• "Major Crimes" (8 and 10 p.m., TNT): A jogger takes a fall, leading the team to zero in on a divorce attorney with plenty of irate clients.

• "Mistresses" (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Lydia tries to ruin Karen's new romance; Joss deals with the death of a friend.

• "Running Wild with Bear Grylls (9 p.m., NBC/Ch. 5): Courteney Cox joins Bear in Ireland, where they climb jagged peaks, descend cliffs, battle the cold and feast on maggots.

• "The Fosters" (9 p.m., Freeform): Brandon auditions at Juilliard; Lena and Stef shock the family with an announcement.

• "Guilt" (10 p.m., Freeform): The jury deliberates on Grace's fate; detectives rush to determine if a new murder is related to Molly's death. (Season finale)

• "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (10:35 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is a scheduled guest.

• "The Making of the Mob: Chicago" (11 p.m., AMC): Sam Giancana incurs the wrath of young attorney Robert F. Kennedy.
