High school football is nearly here. Deep breath, people. Exhale. We can make it through the home stretch together.

But, in the meantime, to help ease the pain of waiting for Friday night lights, The Salt Lake Tribune will publish comprehensive previews for every team in the state beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 3.

This blog will be updated each day with hyperlinked stories to make information about your favorite team one click away. Additionally, power rankings for all six classifications, as well as the statewide top 25, will be unveiled on Aug. 14 in our annual prep football preview.
