Trump's money woes. Herbert's easy path to victory. Ruzicka wants to "Free the Delegates"

Happy Tuesday. The political world was shocked when new reports showed Donald Trump only had $1.3 million in available cash, compared to Hillary Clinton's $42 million, but the Republican is brushing it off, saying he wants to run a lean campaign and that he has his own cash if he needs it. [<a href="http://www.politico.com/story/2016/06/trump-fundraising-problems-224586"; target="_blank">Politico] [NYTimes]

Topping the news: A new UtahPolicy poll find Trump with a nine point lead on Clinton — 36 percent to 27 percent — but continued soft support among independents. [<a href="http://utahpolicy.com/index.php/features/today-at-utah-policy/9909-"; target="_blank">UtahPolicy]

-> The poll also shows that Gov. Gary Herbert should win easily over challenger Jonathan Johnson in their primary fight, though the Senate Democratic primary between Jonathan Swinton and Misty K. Snow is a tossup. [<a href="http://utahpolicy.com/index.php/features/today-at-utah-policy/9893-"; target="_blank">UtahPolicy]

-> Several Utahns, most prominently Gayle Ruzicka, have joined a group called "Free the Delegates" that will seek to change Republican Convention rules to block Donald Trump from winning the party's nomination.
