Romney would take third in a Clinton-Trump-Romney general election. Utah politicos mourn the death of Neil Ashdown. Poll: Utah Republicans don't want party to endorse in primaries.

Happy Tuesday. Mitt Romney isn't running for a third time, despite a cry from some Republicans who are looking for anybody but Donald Trump. But if he were, how would he do? A Washington Post-ABC News poll shows that in a three-way race between Trump, Hillary Clinton and Romney, the former two-time presidential contender would come in third, with Clinton winning by two points over Trump. Interestingly, a full third of GOP voters would back Romney over Trump if he were on the ballot.
