Businessman Paul Huntsman, who is negotiating to purchase The Salt Lake Tribune, has canceled his scheduled appearance Thursday on Trib Talk over concerns about a confidentiality agreement that is in place until the deal closes.

Huntsman and the rest of his family are under a legal obligation not to discuss details of the potential purchase of the 146-year-old newspaper while final talks continue with its current hedge-fund owners.
