A St. George man has been arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and multiple sex crimes after allegedly breaking into a woman's home and forcing her into sex acts at knife-point.

Police say 20-year-old Willow Wolfrunner Wood, went into the home of a St. George woman by breaking through a window at about 2 a.m. on Saturday. Taking a knife from the kitchen, Wood then woke the woman and, pressing the knife to her neck, demanded sex, according to documents filed with the Washington County jail.

Wood allegedly threatened that he would "slit her throat" if she didn't comply, according to police.

The woman, who suffered superficial knife cuts to her neck, told officers she feared for her life, so she did as Wood asked. She fled the room and called 911 when Wood fell asleep, jail papers say.

Wood was charged Monday in St. George's 5th District Court with one count each of first-degree felony aggravated burglary, aggravated sexual assault, and forcible sodomy, along with one count of second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse, a third-degree felony count of aggravated assault and class B misdemeanor consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Wood made an initial court appearance on Monday and another hearing is set for Dec. 7.

He is being held without bail in the Washington County jail.
