Police are hunting for a woman who held up an east Salt Lake City bank.

The suspect — described as a white female, 5-foot-6, 180 pounds and about 30 years old — came into the Wells Fargo branch at 1255 E. Brickyard Road at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday.

The woman, who wore a dark hooded jacket, jeans, aviator sunglasses and a beanie-style cap, approached a teller and demanded and received cash. She then fled the bank on foot.
