Trump trolls Rubio, sends him water and towels. Chaffetz plans on organic win for speaker. Herbert says latest Medicaid alternative plan may need tweaks.

Happy Tuesday. It's clear that Donald Trump isn't a big fan of Marco Rubio and has been targeting the Florida senator a bit more recently. And now Trump is trolling him. Yesterday, Trump's team sent Rubio's headquarters a case of "Trump Ice Natural Spring Water" with the candidate's face on it, and two "Make America Great Again" towels and a note, "Since you're always sweating, we thought you could use some water. Enjoy!" [http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/05/politics/donald-trump-marco-rubio-care-package/index.html?sr=tw100515donald-trump-marco-rubio-care-package0949PMVODtop&linkId=17706589" target="_blank">CNN]
