Hillary Clinton set to unveil gun-control proposals. Chaffetz official running for speaker. McAdams goes after Biskupski.

Happy Monday. Following the deadly shooting at an Oregon community college last week, and other recent mass shootings, Hillary Clinton today plans to unveil a series of gun-control proposals. Her campaign says the plans include a call for universal background checks, banning military-style assault weapons, cracking down on Internet gun sales and limits on purchases made by people convicted of domestic abuse.
