Police issued an endangered missing person alert on Friday for a 68-year-old Syracuse man who suffers from brain damage.

Syracuse Police Department spokeswoman Erin Behm said that Kenneth Starbuck was last seen in Syracuse at 2763 S. 2675 West on Tuesday. He was reported missing by his sister on Wednesday.

Starbuck is affected by a past brain injury and does not have his required medication with him, police said.

He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, brown shoes and a gray baseball cap. He is 5-foot-7, 155 pounds, has blue eyes, gray hair and has an eagle tattoo on his left forearm.

Starbuck prefers to travel either on foot or by bus, and may have been en route to Salt Lake County.

Anyone who has information on Starbuck's whereabouts is asked to call Syracuse police at 801-825-4400.
