Another government shutdown? Budget fight revives the possibility. State board wants to move American Legion to make way for lobbyists. Poll: Utahns don't like Obama, Congress or the Supreme Court.

Happy Tuesday. House Republican leaders are working to stave off another government shutdown as conservative members of the body are gearing up to fight to use the budget vote to toss any funding for Planned Parenthood. The federal budget expires Sept. 30, putting the nation once again at risk of shuttered government offices, parks and services if Congress is unable to push through a stopgap measure.
