Happy Wednesday. The first Republican presidential debate is nearing and it appears that the center podium — usually reserved for the highest polling candidate — may go to someone that Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Scott Walker and others fear: Donald Trump. Despite calls for his withdrawal, Trump says he's staying put, and his appearance at the Aug. 6 debate could thwart a serious discussion of issues that the other GOP candidates say they want.
