Volumes of emails and other records released to The Salt Lake Tribune through a public records request reveal little merit to the charges of impropriety brought by Rep. Justin Miller against his former boss, Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams. But Miller continues to stand behind his conflict-of-interest allegations.
