LDS leaders pen gay marriage letter. Bundy and Rand Paul chat. And the Utah hate crime that wasn't a hate crime.

Happy Wednesday. Renegade Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy got a face-to-face meeting with Sen. Rand Paul, one of the many GOP presidential candidates. Paul brought up the American Lands Council, led by Utah state Sen. Ken Ivory, but Bundy brushed that aside: "My stand is we are already a sovereign state. The federal government doesn't need to turn this land back to us. It's already state land."
