The second of two players who left the BYU basketball program after the 2014-15 season has found a home.

Sophomore guard Frank Bartley IV announced on his Instagram account on Tuesday that he will join the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns, and coach Bob Marlin made the news official on Wednesday.

Bartley, who was forced to play out of position at BYU for most of his two-year stint in Provo, has enrolled in summer classes at UL and will sit out the 2015-16 season, per NCAA transfer rules.

Last week, Utah Valley announced that former BYU center Isaac Neilson will join that program and former BYU assistant coach Mark Pope.

Bartley will have two years of eligibility remaining when he is eligible in 2016-17.

Bartley's father, Frank Bartley III, played football for Louisiana-Lafayette.

Frank the IV is a native of Baton Rouge, La., who played at Christian Life Academy in Louisiana before heading to California for a year of prep school basketball.

At BYU, Bartley appeared in 67 games and averaged 3.2 points and 2.0 rebounds.

"Frank is a young man that we recruited out of high school and is a strong, athletic player that can get to the basket," Marlin said in the school news release. "He had a great (high school) career at Christian Life Academy and played a vital part in the success the last two years at BYU. He comes from a great family and he wanted an opportunity to come back home. We're excited that he has enrolled at UL and will join our team."
