Happy Thursday. As Hillary Clinton begins her presidential campaign, she's not only running against Republicans, she's also running against her husband's legacy. Clinton has positioned herself against many of President Bill Clinton's actions, including denouncing the "era of incarceration" that was ushered in — in part — by the 1994 Crime Bill.
