Sandy police are looking for a shooter after a bullet grazed a man's back Sunday morning.

The incident began with a dispute between two motorists on 9000 South, at Interstate 15, according to a Sandy police news release. The suspect followed the victim to the 100 West block of Eastgate Drive, where an argument ensued, the release adds.

About 4:05 a.m., the suspect fired shots from his silver SUV at the victim and his three friends, according to the release. The suspect then fled, going east on Cottage Avenue.

The 36-year-old victim suffered a minor injury, "as the bullet only grazed [his] back," and was taken to Intermountain Medical Center, the release reads.

Detectives are still investigating the shooting.
