In a lot of ways, "Grey's Anatomy" (7 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4) has been rejuvenated by new characters.

But the show's original power couple — Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) — have run out of energy. It's not difficult to care about whether the pair stays together, it's pretty much impossible.

Snore.

"Vikings" (11 p.m., History): Kalf joins the Viking fleet as the raiders set sail up the Seine for Paris.

"Dig" (11 p.m., USA): Peter's discovery of an ancient coded secret leads to a race to find the final stone.
