Healthy Utah will get a public vetting after all.

House Speaker Greg Hughes has had a change of heart and will allow Gov. Herbert's Medicaid substitute to be considered by House members. Lawmakers will also discuss an alternative called Utah Cares.

On Wednesday at 12:15 p.m., Herbert's spokesman Marty Carpenter, Rep. Jim Dunnigan and Derek Monson of the Sutherland Institute join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the debate going forward.
