An 11-year-old boy has returned home after Weber County Sheriff's deputies were out looking for him.

The boy was last seen about 2 p.m. Saturday near the basketball courts of the Haven Pointe Apartments, near 2200 S. 1100 West in West Haven, where he lives. Several hours later, Weber County Sheriff's deputies were canvassing the area in light of how long the boy had been gone.

About 10:15 p.m., the sheriff's office got word that the boy had returned home.
