After Wednesday night's loss to the Clippers, Enes Kanter, the Utah Jazz's fun-loving big man, said he and his teammates must play with an edge if they're going to compete in the NBA.

It seems that edge might also apply to Kanter's interviews. At shootaround Friday morning, Kanter was asked about Golden State guard Klay Thompson's recent record-setting 37-point third quarter performance.

"I did," Kanter said of seeing the highlights of the feat, "but who cares? I think we have the talent to guard him."

On Warriors center Andrew Bogut, Kanter said the former Ute was a "big man" who "knows a little Turkish."

"I don't know what you say about him. He's just down low, a big guy," Kanter said. "Nothing special."

After missing a game this week with the flu, Bogut was at shootaround and expected to play against the Jazz, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The 7-footer is averaging 6.8 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2 blocks a game for the 36-7 Warriors.
