Police found a child inside a car that was reported stolen Tuesday after it was left running outside a Salt Lake City apartment.
The 3-year-old was inside a 2006 Chrysler 300 that was parked about 4:45 p.m. outside an apartment near 600 S. Redwood Road, Salt Lake City police reported.
After an Amber Alert was issued, officers found the car at 410 S. 900 East, police said. The child appeared to have been unharmed.
