As newly-sworn-in president of the National League of Cities, Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker intends to push for a law requiring online businesses to collect sales tax. Supporters say the Marketplace Fairness Act would level the playing field for brick-and-mortar retailers, but opponents say it would hurt startups.

On Monday at 12:15 p.m., Becker joins Jennifer Napier-Pearce to talk about the Marketplace Fairness Act and other city issues.
