Washington State at Arizona State, 11 a.m. MST, Pac-12 Networks The Sun Devils have to win their remaining two games and get some help to earn the Pac-12 South title and play in the conference championship game. ASU blew its best opportunity by crumbling in the fourth quarter last week at Oregon State. The Cougars, meanwhile, are just trying to finish well and launch themselves into next season, behind quarterback Luke Falk of Logan. Arizona State 38, Washington State 27. Arizona at Utah, 1:30 p.m. MST, ESPN Both teams have a shot at the Pac-12 South championship, with the winner immediately cheering for UCLA to beat USC. Rain is in the forecast at Rice-Eccles Stadium, so the running of Utah's Devontae Booker may become the deciding factor. The Utes are glad they don't have to face Ka'Deem Carey anymore. Utah 28, Arizona 24. Stanford at California, 2 p.m. MST, Fox Sports 1 Nobody would have predicted that Stanford and Cal would come into the Big Game with the same records (5-5), with bowl eligibility among the prizes for the winner. The convergence of Stanford's fade and Cal's improvement created that situation. This won't be anything like last November's 50-point blowout, but the Cardinal defense should prevail. Stanford 31, California 24.  Colorado at Oregon, 2:30 p.m. MST, Pac-12 Networks Colorado seemingly has improved too much to go winless in the Pac-12, but the Buffaloes are running out of chances. Oregon obviously need to win to stay in College Football Playoff contention. Oregon 45, Colorado 21.  USC at UCLA, 6 p.m. MST, ABC This could be a classic, with two very good teams fighting for Los Angeles supremacy and a possible Pac-12 South title. UCLA is the only team that controls its destiny, going into the final two weekends of the regular season. The Bruins have been the conference's most mysterious team but is playing steady football now. USC easily could be undefeated in Pac-12 play. USC 28, UCLA 27. Oregon State at Washington, 8:30 p.m. MST, Pac-12 Networks The Beavers are playing in their usual late-night slot, with each team needing a win for bowl eligibility. OSU had better get that sixth win this week, with Oregon next on the schedule. Washington (6-5) requires a seventh win, but could get it next week vs. Washington State. The Huskies had to invent a way to lose last week at Arizona, after one of their best performances of the season. Washington 31, Oregon State 24.  – Kurt Kragthorpe
