When it comes to graduating athletes, no school in the state is better than Utah State, according to the Graduation Success Rate released Tuesday. The Aggies rate stands at 87 percent for the 2004-07 4-year period. The national average was 84 percent.

The men's tennis and basketball teams had 100 percent rates while the softball team (93) and women's basketball team (89) were also high.

The football team had a rate of 86 percent, making it second in the Mountain West just behind Air Force (93).

Compared to other local teams, the Aggies had the highest GSR with Utah (81), BYU (73), Weber State (66), SUU (66) and Utah Valley (65) all lower.
