Posted: 9:35 AM- KAYSVILLE - Kaysville city officials will review the annual Fourth of July water parade and discuss possible changes after two boys who fell off of a trailer were injured.

Mayor Neka Roundy says the 10-member Civic Committee is scheduled to meet Wednesday night. Roundy says the city is looking for constructive suggestions on how to improve the parade and keep it safe.

The water parade follows the city's main holiday parade. It's a water fight between parade participants and the spectators along the parade route.

Two 10-year-old boys were injured during the water parade Friday when they fell off the trailer and were run over. Both are recovering at home.

Kaysville police say witnesses have given conflicting stories on how the two boys fell off of the trailer.
