Three GOP commissioners are out

Voters ousted three Republican county commissioners Tuesday.

Duchesne County Commissioner Rod Harrison was bested by fellow Republican Ronald Winterton.

In Sanpete County, Republican challenger Spencer Cox downed incumbent Dwight Inouye. And in Millard County, Bart Whatcott toppled Commissioner John Cooper.
