SANDY - Real Salt Lake has Sandy's OK to sell booze at its soccer stadium. But the team and its concessionaire Levy Restaurants will have to garner state approval to secure the four liquor licenses needed. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission meets once per month.

On Thursday, Sandy's Planning Commission signed off on the stadium's conditional use permit, allowing alcohol to be sold within 250 feet of a residential property. The property, located next to the stadium, does not have a home on it. RSL will need four liquor licenses to:

* Sell beer at concessions stands.

* Serve beer, wine and liquor at an on-site restaurant.

* Provide alcohol to the stadium's 32 suites.

* Open a private club on site.
