Posted: 12:51 PM- The Utah Transit Authority's new Frontrunner train service got off to a good start with its first big commute today.

UTA officials estimate 3,500 people rode the Ogden-to-Salt Lake City train this morning.

TRAX trains, which feed into the Frontrunner station in downtown Salt Lake City, were running a few minutes later than previously scheduled.

UTA had warned riders about that -- but some TRAX customers complain that newly printed schedules were not readily available at the system's stations or on the light rail trains.

Frontrunner made its official inaugural run on Saturday.
