A West Valley City man faces a felony charge for allegedly wearing women's lingerie and taking pictures of himself on his apartment balcony, in view of children. In court documents filed Monday, police wrote that the man, 59, stood on his balcony wearing a woman's thong and a "lingerie-type top." Two boys, 14 and 12, saw the man taking pictures of himself and told their mother, police wrote. The man, a registered sex offender, faces a felony count of lewdness by a sex offender involving a child.
