Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., plans to make a campaign stop in Utah on Saturday, his campaign announced.

The presidential hopeful won the South Carolina Democratic primary Saturday, besting Sen. Hillary Clinton, of New York, and former Sen. John Edwards, of North Carolina.

Details of Obama's trip will be made public in coming days, his campaign said.

Obama visited the Beehive State in August. More than 500 supporters clogged the entrance of Utah Olympic Park at Kimball Junction to hear him speak. He addressed the crowd for about 20 minutes on his way to a private fundraiser at the Park City home of supporter John Cumming.

Obama's campaign recently opened a second Utah office in St. George. There has been an Obama office in Salt Lake City since December.

Clinton's campaign announced Saturday that her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, will visit Utah on Tuesday.
