Outgoing mayor Rocky Anderson will headline a group of anti-war speakers at a rally planned for Oct. 27 in Salt Lake City.
The demonstration is one of 11 such rallies sponsored by anti-war coalition United for Peace and Justice on that day.
Organizers are planning to gather on the south side of the Capitol building starting at 11 a.m. to march to the site of the rally, which will begin at 1 p.m. at Washington Square, on the west side of the City & County Building.
