The school's $40 million Living and Learning Center offers suite-style apartments, full kitchens in lounge areas, ping-pong tables, pool tables and plasma TVs.
"It is some of the nicest housing in the Intermountain West," said Steve Jenson, director of housing and dining services. "We designed this after focus groups with students and really made it what they want."
Five of the six buildings are available, and the sixth will open in 2008. There are 320 students but room for 410.
A single private room is $2,845 per semester. Shared rooms are $2,565 per semester. The charges include a complete meal plan.
"I would live here in a heartbeat, but I don't have the money," said Trisha Fletcher, 19, who pays $250 a month off campus.
Ashley Peters, 18, lives there and said the price seems right.
"It looks like a lot on paper, but you get the meal plan," she said. "I'm not going to move unless I have to."
