Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. has nominated Utah County businessman Jack Zenger to the State Board of Regents.
Zenger will replace Michael Jensen, an attorney from rural Utah who resigned to serve on a church mission.
Zenger is chief executive for Zenger Folkman, an Orem-based leadership training, consulting and research firm.
A graduate of BYU and University of California, Los Angeles, with a doctorate in business administration from the University of Southern California, Zenger served on the board of trustees at UVSC from 1997 to 2005. The Utah Senate must approve his nomination.
