A 49-year-old Sunset man faces a five-count federal indictment, handed down by a grand jury Wednesday, for allegedly stealing drugs from five pharmacies in Weber and Davis counties.

The charges accuse Robert Jeffery Mee with robbing the pharmacies between Oct. 13 and Feb. 22. Oxycontin, Lortab, Percocet and Endocet were stolen, according to the indictment.

If convicted, Mee could face up to 20 years in federal prison per count. He is now being held in the Weber County jail, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
