Posted: 8:32 AM- PAYSON - Tests on samples of milk taken from a dairy here didn't show bacteria blamed for sickening dozens of Utahns.
However, state health officials say the food-borne illness outbreak could still have possibly originated at Woolsey's Dairy - and they urge Utahns to be careful when drinking unpasteurized milk.
Health officials claim it's possible that an earlier batch may have been contaminated and that all the traces have now worked their way out of the system.
Last week, the health department issued a health advisory after receiving several reports of campylobacteriosis. It's a disease caused by ingesting bacteria commonly found in unpasteurized milk products and improperly prepared chicken.
Health officials say several of those infected claimed they had purchased raw milk products from Woolsey's Dairy.
