State colleges will waive any tuition costs for all surviving dependents of a Utah soldier killed in active duty under a bill signed into law Monday by Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.

The bill is named after Scott Lundell, who died in a firefight in Afghanistan on Nov. 25, 2006, and is one of 33 bills Huntsman signed on Monday.

He has until March 20 to sign or veto the more than 420 bills the Legislature passed earlier this year.

Among other bills he signed:

* A provision lowering the age requirement to hunt big game, such as moose or goats, from 14 to 12, as long as an adult is present.

* A bill allowing dairy farmers to sell raw milk at any store owned by that farmer.

* Legislation outlawing the use of a camcorder to record a movie in a theater.
