WVC approves school bonds

The West Valley City Council has unanimously approved a measure that floats $11 million in bonds for Monticello Academy. The fledgling charter school will use the money to construct, equip and furnish a campus at 2900 South and 4800 West. Monticello Academy holds classes in the Hill View Elementary School building at 4405 S. 1025 East. - Rosemary Winters
