The state Senate on Wednesday approved for the bench three new judges who had been nominated by Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.. Salt Lake City attorney Robert Faust and Mary Kate Toomey, deputy counsel at the Utah State Bar-Office of Professional Conduct, will replace 3rd District Court judges Timothy Hanson and J. Dennis Frederick, who are retiring at the end of the year. Suchada Bazzelle, an attorney at the Office of the Guardian ad Litem, will replace retiring 4th District Juvenile Court Judge Leslie Brown. - Stephen Hunt
