Cedar City » A Cedar City man was charged on Tuesday with having sex with girls ages 12, 13 and 14 at his house in two incidents.
Andrew Wayne Jensen, 21, was charged with a single count of rape and three counts of sodomy upon a child, all first-degree felonies. He also faces a single charge of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony.
Each of the first-degree felonies carries a possible 25-years-to-life prison sentence if convicted.
According to court documents, in mid-September Jensen allegedly picked up the 13-year-old and 14-year-old, who had ditched school, and took them to his house. When the girls returned to school later that day, they were questioned about their absence and told authorities about Jensen.
According to charging documents, Jensen admitted to police that he had sex with the girls and receiving oral sex from the two girls, but said he did not remember giving either girl oral sex.
In another incident around the same time, Jensen allegedly had intercourse with a 12-year-old.
Jensen is being held in the Iron County jail on a $50,000 bond.
