Police say a man admitted to peeping in windows at a Provo apartment complex.
On Sunday, a woman living at the complex, 750 S. 650 West, reported seeing the man outside her bedroom window twice, said Provo police Capt. Cliff Argyle. The first time he fled before police arrived. The second time, Argyle said, the woman called her friends and they detained the man until officers arrived.
The man had been found peering through windows at the same complex in June, Argyle said, and admitted he had been peeping and masturbating at the complex again. Police booked him into jail on suspicion of trespassing, voyeurism and lewdness.
