A helicopter on Monday hoisted two hikers off a mountain in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
The pair went hiking Sunday and became stranded in the cold with no supplies. Searchers were able to drop them supplies Sunday night but could not retrieve them at the time.
A state helicopter Monday morning dropped off a searcher who hiked to the men. The group then hiked up to a spot safe for a medical helicopter to hoist everyone.
