The Utah Fetal Alcohol Coalition's free parent seminar will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday at the Business Alliance Building in Kaysville.
Dan Dubovsky, of the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Center for Excellence, will speak. His adopted son had FASD, and the experience helps Dubovsky work with other parents.
