Utah soldier buried with full honors

A Utah solider who was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan was eulogized as a patriot who sacrificed his life for his country.

Army Spc. Kimble Han was buried Saturday with full military honors at Camp Williams. He was 30 and a combat engineer.

Han was inside a vehicle that was struck by an improvised explosive device Oct. 23 in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

The explosion also killed Army Spc. Eric N. Lembke of Tampa, Fla. He was 25.

Military leaders, Utah Gov. Gary Herbert and Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, attended Han's funeral at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ward house in Saratoga Springs.

Han left a wife, Melissa, and three stepsons, Caleb, 5; Austin, 9; and Brenden, 12.
