A 15-year-old girl was hurt in a bobsled crash at Utah Olympic Park in Park City on Thursday, officials said.
The girl, who attends the bobsled and skeleton driving school, crashed on the bobsled track just after 6:30 p.m., said Olympic Park spokeswoman Jennifer Clarke. She was one of two people on the bobsled, said Park City Fire District Battalion Chief Ray Huntzinger.
The girl was flown to Primary Children's Medical Center, where her coach visited her Thursday night, Clarke said. Her family told park officials she is doing well and was expected to be released from the hospital Friday afternoon.
