A Nephi man died early Tuesday in a crash on Interstate 15.

Trevor James Wardle, 21, died at the scene. The Utah Highway Patrol said Wardle was alone driving a 2007 Honda Civic north on I-15 near Mills. About 1:45 a.m., the Civic drifted off the left side of the road and hit a delineator post, UHP said. Wardle veered to the right and then to the left and the car went into the median and rolled, UHP said. Troopers said Wardle was not wearing a seat belt and the crash ejected him. Alcohol is being investigated as a factor in the crash.
