Salt Lake City police released surveillance photos of a man who robbed the Mountain American Credit Union branch at 735 S. State Street at 10:07 a.m. on Friday.

The Caucasian man in his late 20s is about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, he is skinny with light brown hair and was wearing a black baseball cap with the Alpinestars motorcycle logo, a black long-sleeved shirt with a NASCAR logo and light blue jeans, police said.

The man had a note demanding money, and put the money in a black cloth binder. He then walked out and went southbound on State Street.

Anyone with information can call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000.
