Utah has 72 confirmed H1N1 swine flu cases

There are now 72 confirmed cases of the H1N1 swine flu in Utah, up five from Monday, according to the Utah Department of Health.

Most of the cases are in Summit County, followed by Salt Lake County.

Two Utahns have been hospitalized, including one Utah County resident who got sick out of state and was treated in a Nevada hospital. That patient has recovered, according to the Utah County Health Department.
